EOBR Mandate is Poised to Become LawJuly 5, 2012
Today, the Commercial Carrier Journal‘s blog post stated that the FMCSA has 12 months to issue a new regulation. The EOBR mandate will then be enforced 24 months from the time the regulation is published, or July 2015.
This, following a long drawn-out battle between a number of small and large trucking industry associations, like the ATA and OOIDA, as well as highway safety advocacy groups.
